THE STAGE IS SET
A sophisticated ambience for elegant meetings on a small scale
Merano’s Theatre has one of South Tyrol’s most charming and venerable stages. It still has a proper orchestra pit and is regularly booked for theatre and music evenings as well as concerts of all kinds. It forms a stylish backdrop to film performances, music competitions, readings, cabaret and presentations. Jazz musicians and crossover artists also appreciate its charming ambience. The stalls, the boxes and the gallery on the second floor can seat a total of 292 persons.
The stage measures 15 x 15 m.
The artists’ wardrobes are located on the ground and first floors.
The cloakroom and box office are located in the foyer. The first floor is home to the theatre bar for interval drinks and small snacks.
