Rotunda
In order to give priority to Kursaal bookings, the Rotunda can only be booked at short notice, ie. 2 weeks befor the event.
Terrace
A firm reservation of the terrace alone, without the Kursaal, can only be made two months or less before the event in question, in order not to hinder the hire of the hall. The terrace can be reserved at any time in conjunction with the Kursaal. If the Kursaal is not used, a cancellation fee of 75%, minus the cost of the hire of the terrace, must be paid.
